The onboarding report costs 10 Wegcoins a copy

The onboarding report, every machine's own assessment bound into one PDF for the client, isn't sold per machine any more. A copy costs 10 Wegcoins, charged when it's ready, and anyone in your tenant can draw it from the client's Onboarding Assessment page.

The onboarding report costs 10 Wegcoins a copy from today. Yesterday it cost €15 or £12 per machine, once, through Stripe, and that price is gone.

The report puts each machine's Device Health Report into one PDF behind a cover, with your logo, colour and contact line. You already had every page of it.

Each machine's report is a free download on its own page, with the same branding. The cover's figures are on the client's Onboarding Assessment page, and your plan pays for the analyses behind both.

What a copy costs us is the rendering and the storage. Our own fleet of 48 machines took 55 seconds to draw and came to 17.7 MB, and that's what the 10 Wegcoins pay for.

How to draw it

Open the client's Onboarding Assessment page and press Draw the report. It carries every machine with a finished analysis, worst first, with a bookmark per machine.

It appears on the page a minute or two later, and each copy stays in the report archive. The 10 Wegcoins come off your balance when the copy is ready, so a draw that fails costs nothing. Downloading a copy you've already drawn is free.

A tenant on its own AI key or on Ollama isn't billed in Wegcoins, and that includes the report.

Anyone in your tenant can draw it, at most once every five minutes per client. The page says how many machines go into it and how many are still waiting for their first analysis.

What it doesn't do yet

The cover and the device reports are in English. The analyses inside them are in your tenant's analysis language.
